CMM inspection
We conduct Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection services for every machined component to meet manufacturing quality control standards.
XRF testing
Our chemical analysis experts use precision data in regards to the properties of materials to conduct a highly accurate X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis.
Spectrometer analysis
Since spectrometers require minimum human intervention, we use them for conducting metal analysis, inspection, quality control, and alloy identification.
Visual inspection
We use the human eye to identify surface defects, cracks, gas evolution, slag or sand inclusions, misruns, cold shuts, and molding flaws in our machined components.
Laser marking
Part traceability is increasingly required for maintaining safety regulations and quality assurance. Our team uses laser marking to ensure traceability of our machined components.
